Job description 1) Determine product range- and line determination
2) Determine/Negotiate Product pricing
3) Manage advertising and promotions
4) Manage buyer assistants
5) Resolve stock level issues in stores and distribution centres
6) Merchandising layout determination
Person requirements The ideal person for the job will be a persuasive and analytical
individual with entrepreneurial and commercial thinking. An
individual is required that is able to network and that is
excellent at planning and organising. The ideal incumbent will
need to cope well with pressures and setbacks, will have to be
able to adapt to and respond to change well, and will be the
type of person to initiate and decide on action.
Qualification Grade 12 and a Business degree.
