AMG's Mark S. Berry Announces Live James
Brown Film With Family On Board
Deal Involves Live Concert Documentary, Unreleased Masters,Hologram Live Concert &
Additional Feature Film Of Holographic Concert.
Even though AMG Visuals' Chairman Mark S. Berry can be an uncompromising guy,when he had a chance to
get involved with making a movie about James Brown two years ago, he chose to wait until the family was ready
as he knew their involvement would be an invaluable asset to the success ofthe project. That patience has paid
off big time. AMG Visuals has reached an agreement with Loochie Records And Publishing LLC/James Brown
Family and is now moving forward with what it hopes will be the ultimate live-concert documentary film on the
man whose vocal wizardry and dance sensibilities made him one of the most iconic stars in soul/pop history.
AMG has established a theatrical street date of October 2015 that will be produced by Berry and its international
team of producers Kevin Stallings & Ryan Hamsho. Mark S. Berry and AMG's EVP Rob "Kelo" Hendricks will
executive produce for AMG. Best of all, Brown's best known tunes,from Sex Machine, Get Up Off That Thing
to Living In America, will be used as part of the films live soundtrackthat was Mr. Brown's las t live recorded
performance in Anaheim, California, just prior to his death in 2006. AMG had negotiated directly with Stallings
whom directed the live portion of the concert. Potential interviewees include family members of James Brown,
the JB's Fred Wesley & Maceo Parker, Danny Ray (Brown's long timer friend and MC), singer Chris Brown,
Bootsy Collins and many more.
Also in the deal are multiple unreleased James Brown audio masters (not from the film) that will become a duet
CD (along the lines of Nat King Cole/Natalie Cole's "Unforgettable") with some of today's biggest pop/urban
stars for a release in 2016. There will be a further future live concert development of the project in preserving
and promoting the great talent and contribution of James Brown to the Music and Performing Arts.
Guy Morel in Australia is on board as a Co-Executive Producer with regards to the DUETS LIVE CONCERT
and the Holographic imaging of James Brown. A performance including holographic, state of the art technology
and fellow artists at a major performance venue in the USA for 2016 will be announced soon.Co Executive
Producer Morel adds, "We want to get this right so it's an event worthy of Mr. Brown's great talent and
contribution to the arts. Some of the music industries major artists, promoters and legals want this to be the first
of many projects in the preservation and promotion of this great performers iconic talents".
This show would be an entire evening of Holographic Duets with the artists that perform on the Duet CD with
inter-cut James Brown interview/family footage along with archival as well. This will be a huge international
event and bring an entire new generation of listeners to James Brown music. Berry and Morel and their team see
this as their way of giving back to an industry that's forever evolving but knowing that the foundation should be
maintained and preserved. Morel is currently scouting partners for the Holographic imaging.

Country/Southern Rock Artist, Anthony K has recently signed a distribution deal with multi-
platinum awarded Music Producer Mark S. Berry, from AMG in Toronto, who will be releasing his
debut album "Memories".
The 7 song EP is available now for purchase worldwide on all digital music sites.The first single off the EP,

AMG Global Chief Mark S. Berry on Why He's Spending $$$ Making Movies This Year: 'We

AMG Global Entertainment has entered a multi-year agreement with Shami Media Group's Home Entertainment
division, with the distributor set to handle all marketing, sales and distribution services for Blu-ray, DVD,
Electronic Sell-Through and TVOD platforms for the newly formed studio's theatrical releases, the companies
announced Thursday.
AMG handles its own production,marketing and distribution of its theatrical projects, and recently announced it
will release between 3 and 5 films starting in late 2015.

Grammy®-Award winning, platinum-selling recording artist and multi-faceted entertainer Drake comes to the
big screen for a special one-night concert event, "DRAKE'S HOMECOMING: THE LOST FOOTAGE," on

Previously believed lost and destroyed,the footage for "DRAKE'S HOMECOMING: THE LOST FOOTAGE"
was shot prior to Drake signing with Little Wayne's Young Money (Cash Money/Universal) imprint during a
live, sold-out concert at Toronto's Sound Academy in 2009. After its recent rediscovery, additional production
and footage was added to the concert film including interviews with Rap-a-Lot Records CEO James Prince and
his son Jas Prince, who is credited with the discovery of Drake and bringing him to the attention of Little Wayne.
The soundtrackincludes the international smash hits, "Best I Ever Had" and "Successful."

based rapper Drake now holds the record for the most number one hits on Billboard's R&B/Hip-Hop Chart. Prior

For years focusing on music, AMG found an opportunity to carve a new space and saw potential in the
consumption of lifestyle programming among the Canada's various ethnicities. Today lifestyle content on
television is pervasive. AMG has been responsible for opening up genres with their new international cookery
show, Sizzlin'. It was the right time for AMG to start its lifestyle portfolio with the acquisition and launch of B-
Squared Entertainment, co-executive production team of Sizzlin' headed up by Frank Blenman.
AMG Lifestyle's long-term goal is to create new segments of lifestyle ranging from wine, cheese, travel, cuisine
to high life. Sizzlin' was an overnight success as it was loved for its refreshing and differentiated content by
international broadcasters,affiliates and advertisers.
Frank Blenman, B-Squared's co-president, was made to look after the lifestyle initiative. The vision of launching
AMG Lifestyle was to increase people's horizons. "We did a whole lot of background work to find out about the
various cultures and society,what people want, what their aspirations are, what they read. It was a time when
people were open to new things.We offer them that. We showthem new places to travel, explore different kinds
of cuisine and even different hotels to stay in. We wanted to help discover different kinds of holidays, driving
experiences, vineyards,wine etc." said Blenman.
Blenman noted the challenge of being a first mover. "We had to build brand familiarization by effectively
communicating the proposition and developing a community for first-time viewers of a new category of
television entertainment. People were getting more interested in leisure time activities. They also started
becoming more interested in brands whether it was clothing or cars. The concept of eating in restaurants and
experimenting with food was catching on. A big change was going on in urban North America in terms of how
people spent their money and lived. We want AMG Lifestyle to became the default production entity for new
lifestyle entertainment in North America."
We had three challenges reacted to the stakeholders in this business.One challenge was convincing distributors
that Sizzlin' was worth showing. You had to persuade advertisers that this is something worth being invested in.
After all, advertisers plan budgets for different types in advance.Viewers also had to be convinced as they have
viewing habits. They have eight to ten shows that they choose from. We had to break into that."
Growing exposure to lifestyle also helped AMG grow. "I remember getting emails from people saying that they
had planned a Caribbean holiday after watching the Sizzlin' screener. Watchers wrote that they visited a
restaurant after it was featured on our AMG screener for Sizzlin'. They were planning trips around television
content.This was a testament to the fact that we got both our launch timing right and programming right," said
Berry. We generated interest from the advertising and marketing communities very early on." For Blenman the
key to success lay in being ahead of the curve in identifying emerging trends and developing programming for a
supreme viewing experience. There was increasing awareness and desire to know more about the world around,
different life style, cuisine, trends,etc.
The plan going forward is to continue to bring in more types oflifestyle entertainment and to broaden AMG's
Lifestyle appeal, present more acclaimed personalities, amplify Canadian content and invest in marketing and
distribution of a Lifestyle channel.

Sizzlin', an AMG/Bsquared Entertainment property is "Iron Chef" meets "Chopped" with "March Madness"
tournament style competition. 16 chefs from all over the Caribbean & Latin America (West Indies & Virgin
Islands) will be competing to represent themselves and their country to receive the title of, "The Hottest Sizzlin'

Calgary's Joshua Walsh Joins AMG as West Coast

Bringing His Crazy Lady Production Shingle To The Deal.
Joshua Walsh,freshly off production of Calgary alt-rock native Kyley Styles, is joining Toronto based AMG, the
music & film management/production company founded by international record producer, Mark S. Berry.
The details and structure still are being worked out, but Walsh is confirmed as West Coast A&R Staff Producer
and is joining forces with a team he has a long relationship with. They will collaborate on future projects, as the
next step in his career.
"Taking on this next chapter working with Mark and Kelo is a dream come true," said Walsh in confirming the
move. "We do different things and we complement each other, and togetherthis will be exciting."
Walsh, a top-tier engineer & producerat Crazy Lady Records, has fast become a taste-making producerthrough

AGR/Universal has announced Kevin Chase as the newest member of its legendary European country music

Toronto, Canada - In its latest aggressive pre-buy to line its slate with star-driven pictures, B-Squared
Entertainment, has a month before the Toronto Film Festival, closed a deal to acquire international rights to "The
Ghetto", the gritty street drama feature that stars Scarface, Ice T, Tyrin Turner and De'aundre Bonds.
It was directed by respected helmer Manzie Jones,an emmy nominated producer, whose previous directorial
credits include Buried Alive and Paranoid Activity 2. The film was expected to be one of the hot titles for
domestic and international distribution at the upcoming TIFF market that starts September 4th. The deal was
made by B-Squared Co-CEO's Mark Berry & Frank Blenman in association with Ian Martin at Industry Level
Music & Film Group. It is a commitment for a wide release inclusive of broadcast internationally.
Based on the Scarface and Manzie Jones script, three childhood friends - B, 3D, and Moose,played by Scarface,
De'aundre Bonds,and Tyrin Turner respectively - grow up in the inner city of Los Angeles.B turns his ability to
organize and recruit to the drug trade when the local drug dealer is shot and killed. B has all the skills needed to
thrive and never one to shy away from violence, B turns his neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods into
his own personal empire.
As a grown up, B thrives, until a new player starts to muscle in. The new drug kingpin is named Victor, played
by Ice T. Victor pushes his drugs into B's neighborhoods and upsets the status quo.B attempts to push Victor
back out of his neighborhoods without resorting to violence, but his attempts fail. Now it's time for all-out war.
As tit-for-tat violence escalates between the feuding gangs,it becomes apparent that only the man willing to
abandon everything he cares about will remain standing.

Berry Announces Live James Brown Film With Family On Board Deal Involves Live Concert Documentary, Unreleased Masters,Hologram Live Concert & Additional Feature Film Of Holographic Concert. Even though AMG Visuals' Chairman Mark S. Berry can be an uncompromising guy,when he had a chance to get involved with making a movie about James Brown two years ago, he chose to wait until the family was ready as he knew their involvement would be an invaluable asset to the success ofthe project. That patience has paid off big time. AMG Visuals has reached an agreement with Loochie Records And Publishing LLC/James Brown Family and is now moving forward with what it hopes will be the ultimate live-concert documentary film on the man whose vocal wizardry and dance sensibilities made him one of the most iconic stars in soul/pop history. AMG has established a theatrical street date of October 2015 that will be produced by Berry and its international team of producers Kevin Stallings & Ryan Hamsho. Mark S. Berry and AMG's EVP Rob "Kelo" Hendricks will executive produce for AMG. Best of all, Brown's best known tunes,from Sex Machine, Get Up Off That Thing to Living In America, will be used as part of the films live soundtrackthat was Mr. Brown's las t live recorded performance in Anaheim, California, just prior to his death in 2006. AMG had negotiated directly with Stallings whom directed the live portion of the concert. Potential interviewees include family members of James Brown, the JB's Fred Wesley & Maceo Parker, Danny Ray (Brown's long timer friend and MC), singer Chris Brown, Bootsy Collins and many more. Also in the deal are multiple unreleased James Brown audio masters (not from the film) that will become a duet CD (along the lines of Nat King Cole/Natalie Cole's "Unforgettable") with some of today's biggest pop/urban stars for a release in 2016. There will be a further future live concert development of the project in preserving and promoting the great talent and contribution of James Brown to the Music and Performing Arts. Guy Morel in Australia is on board as a Co-Executive Producer with regards to the DUETS LIVE CONCERT and the Holographic imaging of James Brown.
