     full P&L responsibility for this leading growth opportunity for Corix Inc. Since 1999 the following occurred:
       Grew from 150 employees in the U.S. to over 700.
       Implemented refined business direction and disciplined business practices.
       Company operated under six different ownership structures through mergers and acquisitions.
       Acquired two other companies.
       Revenue grew from $9M with negative earnings to $50M with positive earnings.

      Pioneered Company’s first efforts in new generation of data communications products and services.
      Attained 200% revenue growth that resulted in exceeding revenue objectives by 115%.

    Custom Business Services (1993 – 1995)
    General Manager - Sales
    P&L responsibility in this $75 million territory for Wisconsin and Northwest Illinois. This 33 person sales
    organization served Ameritech’s top accounts in finance, healthcare, manufacturing, government and retail.
      Designed and staffed the organization under a major re-structuring program within Ameritech.
      Achieved annual results exceeding revenue objectives by 180% while expenses were 8% under budget.
      Liaison to the Ameritech president for statewide issues on: sales, service, regulatory and public relations.

    Wisconsin Bell Communications (1993 – 1994)
    Acting President
    Responsible for the transition of Wisconsin Bell Communications into the new Ameritech business unit structure.
    Overall responsibility for sales, service, finance and human resources.
      Achieved over two times the budgeted net income for 1993.
      Grew life cycle network revenues to $50 million and equipment revenue to $20 million.
      Implemented the plan for the migration of the 140 employees into the new structure.

      Various Sales and Management Positions (1982 – 1993)
     Continually increased responsibility with customers and products including; systems integration, consulting services
     for data processing organizations, voice and data networking and PBX's. Accomplishments included: generating the
     largest single site PBX implementation in Wisconsin; selling a single customer 150 PBX systems, the most ever in
     the Company’s history.
