• Co-developed and implemented $10 million restructuring plan to consolidate distribution, assembly
and back office activities of four separate businesses, reducing operating budgets by 15%.
• Delivered $4 million cost savings from sourcing initiatives for small tools and electrical components,
leveraging key supplier-partners in Asia.
• Sponsored $3.8 million Oracle ERP implementation plan across two business units, phase one in a
