Terry Grogan has been appointed as Chief Information Officer at
VeritechIT. Previously, Grogan was President of Health Technology
Solutions, based in Lancaster, PA.
This management transition happened as part of the acquisition of HTS by
VeritechIT.

Karen Fedyszyn – CIO, Ace Hardware
Fedyszyn, 45, spent the last 14 years as an executive leader at HSBC, the
second largest bank in the world. She most recently served as senior vice
president of IT for HSBC's United States group after serving as executive
vice president and global head of delivery while living in Hong Kong.
Fedyszyn holds a B.A. degree in industrial and organizational psychology
from the University of South Florida and certification from the Kellogg
Graduate School of Management's Directors Development Program in
business administration and management.

Don Cohen – CTO CheckPoint HR
Previously, Mr. Cohen co-founded Princeton Softech, Inc., where he
helped build the company from a start-up to a $30 million organization.
He joins CheckPoint HR from Binary Tree, Inc., where he served as chief
operating officer. Previously, he served as chief technology officer for
Archive Systems, Inc.
He also served as vice president of software engineering at Voxware Inc.
Additionally, he served as the general manager at Rocket Software for the
Systems Tools and RFID Products Business Unit. He also held key positions

Bart De Maertelaere – CIO Emtec
Prior to joining Emtec, Mr. De Maertelaere held leadership positions at
CIBER, Unisys and Hewlett Packard. Mr. De Maertelaere received his
master’s degree in Aeronautical Sciences from the Royal Military
Academy in Brussels and served in the Belgian Air Force/NATO for 16
years.
He also holds a post-university degree in Real Time Programming from
the International Training Cell in Siegen, Germany.
