for automotive uses.
Kits of cut-to-length parts and a
combination of
bended, punched, and end-formed pieces.
Tubular structures (frames) welded and
painted.
13. COIL SLITTING
In this process coils
are cut in strips of
different widths
according to the
tube profile and
thickness to be
formed.
14. TUBE FORMING
The tubes are
manufactured in two
Yoder mills (M2 and
M 2 ½), using high
frecuency welding,
achieving a high
quality product that
goes among others,
to specialized
automotive markets
using Eddy Current
weld Testing in line.
Capacity: 1500
tons/month.
15. CUT-TO-LENGTH
In this process tubes
are cut-to-length
from 50 mm to 5000
mm with tolerances
of 0.5 mm by two
Haven machines for
90 degree cuts and
a CNC saw machine
for cuts in angles.
Capacity: 380
tons/month.
16. TUBE BENDING
In this process parts
are bend in a great
variety of designs
according to
customer s needs in
any of our 6 CNC
bending machines.
Capacity: 250
Tons/month.

In this process tubes
are assembled in
different tubular
structures such as
office chairs and
school furniture,
table supports or
any structure made
out of tube.
Capacity: 40.000
frames/month.
