Ashford University helps visionary organizations develop their most important assets: their
employees. Working with your organization’s tuition assistance program, Ashford provides grants
and other options that allow your employees to earn a college degree at a reduced cost. Those
options include the Leader Development Grant, which was specifically designed to prevent students
from incurring any student debt.

• Ashford issues a grant that covers the
remaining costs of tuition, technology fees,
books, course digital materials, instructional
materials, graduation fees, and Prior Learning
