performance that create value for the customers. This can
be tangible and intangible.

The pricing has been fixed
taking into consideration all
the objectives :Revenue and
Profit Objectives, Patronage
and User base related
Objectives. All the products
are available within the price
range of 50 to 150 rs . A very
competitive pricing strategy.
The pricing is correct that it
creates value to customers
since not just the products the
ambience is also great.
PLACE
The shop is strategically placed at CUSAT University road ,
The particular placement is taking into consideration that
the area has high concentration of colleges and schools. The
students & youth form the major percentage of customers.
PROMOTION
PEOPLE The employees are like friend to the
customer but at the same time they
know about the standards of hygiene
and cleanliness and personal grooming.
