RESPOND TO STUDENTS POST
Laura post
You are so correct with saying "students have so much to say".
Boy do they ever! Lol Many children no matter the age seem
to point when they are wanting something, it is our
responsibility as educators to teach them to use their words and
verbalize what they are wanting, needing or looking for.
Teaching our young scholars how to communicate properly is a
great skill in the critical thinking aspect. I know that this past
school year we worked really hard on getting our little ones to
understand the importance of looking at someone when they are
speaking to them, not pointing away at something and then
speaking in the other direction to the air. You can't help with
what they are needing unless you can 1) hear what is being said,
2) able to understand clearly what is being stated.
Communication clearly and thinking through what information
is needed to be given is a learned skill.
Richard post the power of play
Teachers must use the power of play to help teach students in a
creative way that makes learning fun and memorable. Play
keeps students focused and engaged on the topic of the day. In
my current role I set an intention everyday, and I usually say
something that's super inspirational and encouraging. A few
months ago I decided that my intention was going to be for the
team to just have fun. That weekend we exceeded our goal
because everyone was just having fun, everyone likes to have
fun and as teachers we must use fun to connect with our
students.
Tristen post
I agree with you that observation comes naturally to me when
looking at the world. I believe that all of these kind of come
natural to most people however the imagining and the synthesis
comes a little harder. I have found that there are a lot of people
that have a hard time with imagining how things can be. I
myself when reading a book for instance have a hard time
thinking and imagining how things are in the book. How do you
think people can improve this in their life?
MELISSA POST MUST HAVE 75 WORD COUNT
The most common shakes for elderly client are ensure, boost,
and glucerna. The bottles claim to high in fiber and protein.
Ensure states it has 3g of fiber and 10g of protein. Boost states
it has 26 vitamins and minerals, 3g of fiber, and 10g of protein.
The elderly become weak and their bodies are not able to absorb
nutrients as much so they need to consume more nutrients to
mainly calcium and vitamin D to maintain strong healthy bones.
Females 51 and over should consume 46g of protein and men
should consume 56g of protein, fat 20-25g for both men and
women, magnesium 1,200mg, vitamin d 600iu, vitamin C 70-
90mg. When encouraging an elderly person to take these
supplements, you should encourage them by letting them know
the benefits and helping them feel better, their preferences in
shakes, and it could make them feel stronger.
JAZMINE POST MUST HAVE 75 WORD COUNT
With age comes lose of appetite and then their body start to
suffer of the nutrients needed to healthily function. Nutrition
shakes and meal replacements are of the variety all having
weight management and supplement replacing in common.
Someone elderly depending solely on such for an adequate
nutritional diet is the same as solely dependent upon dietary
supplements for someone that’s not elderly. Though when
paired with a natural nutritious diet and minimum exercise it
can be everything elderly people lack in a normal diet. These
drinks are made of up water, 15-20 grams of sugar, protein
concentrate and sodium ranging anywhere from 8- 10%. Though
these meal re-placers and nutrition shakes are providing over 26
vitamins and minerals with around 20 or so grams of protein
depending on the drink; no replacement is meant for long term
or permanent meal trade. Determining the cause of the loss of
appetite and which nutrient requirements are needed with aging
an important task of the dietitian. Like other medications and
foods these shakes and drinks can also change the effectiveness
of medications; which is another reason why advisers are to
consulted with about these products. Shakes like Ensure Enlive
Advance is designed to give strength and energy and is a all in
one bone, muscle and heart health. The Sam’s Club brand
Member’s Mark version though doesn’t pack as much protein
still carries 26 different vitamins and mineral and is advertised
as a great source of fuel and Omega 3 ALA.
LEXYBELL POST
There are tons of various different ways that dancers are able to
communicate emotions to the audience through their dancing
and one of those ways that dancers are able to express emotions
through their dance is by using their body language rather than
simply using words. It allows for the dancer to have the ability
to tell a story and express the emotions that they are feeling
through their movements not by their words. This can be done
through drooping the face to show the sadness in the facial
expressions, dropping the shoulders to show the lack of
confidence they are feeling, as well as numerous other actions
and movements of the body that help to portray the specific type
of emotions that they are attempting to relay to the audience
members. Every dancer is going to have their own unique style
and ways that they will express their emotions through their
choreography within their dance but ultimately they are all able
to effectively show their own unique emotions and expressions
through their dance as long as they put their hearts into it.
MARTY POST
Through music there is so much that goes on behind the scenes
to make things click! If I was to orchestrate a ballet the
emotions I would use to produce a great show for me personally
would be a more emotional growth type of vibes. One element I
would use to ensure the show is a harmonic type of feel and
opera like. The way i would choreograph the dancers is in a
evolution type of format having each dancer show a significant
part of life for a woman, the good and the bad. Ballet is a form
of dancing and music that plays so well together it’s almost like
a fairy tale type of story. I don’t know that much about ballet
but I watched a movie on ballet and it was pretty interesting
seeing the whole life of a ballet dancer. I probably would never
learn how to be a ballet dancer myself just for the fun of it but
I’m definitely inspired by the whole vibes of the ballet dancing
lifestyle itself.
CONNIE POST
The current practices for wasteland and habitat reclamation is a
process that is necessary to make sure the land is safe and
useable. Afforestation, reforestation, mulching are some of the
different processess to lane restoration. I took the proficiency
test my averages were between thirty percent and forty six
percent. The knowledge i thought I had in these areas are non
existence. I remember learning about some of these things in
middle school but I did not know the information in depth. The
older I get and the more I start to pay attention to the earth and
the resources that are not available like they use to be available.
I know changes has to be made and being informed on how
things worked and what it takes helps with us being conscious
of what we do and to correct how we contribute in a negative
way. The earth is being destroyed by us everyday and we are to
selfish to see the damage that we are doing because we are only
concerned with what we need and how fast we can get it.
DENISE POST
Some of the current practices for wasteland and habitat
reclamation are afforestation, which means growing forests over
wasteland; reforestation, which means regrowing forests over
the lands where they once existed and were destroyed for
various reasons; and providing surface cover, which means
protecting the land from soil erosion by leaving residue on the
land. These practices are related to new technology because we
have technological equipment that makes it easier to excavate
and regrow plant life. Ecological and political groups stand
behind these practices so the economy and grow and we can
sustain more natural resources.

Nutrition shakes and meal replacements are of the variety all having weight management and supplement replacing in common. LEXYBELL POST There are tons of various different ways that dancers are able to communicate emotions to the audience through their dancing
  • 4. and one of those ways that dancers are able to express emotions through their dance is by using their body language rather than simply using words. It allows for the dancer to have the ability to tell a story and express the emotions that they are feeling through their movements not by their words. This can be done through drooping the face to show the sadness in the facial expressions, dropping the shoulders to show the lack of confidence they are feeling, as well as numerous other actions and movements of the body that help to portray the specific type of emotions that they are attempting to relay to the audience members. Every dancer is going to have their own unique style and ways that they will express their emotions through their choreography within their dance but ultimately they are all able to effectively show their own unique emotions and expressions through their dance as long as they put their hearts into it. MARTY POST Through music there is so much that goes on behind the scenes to make things click! If I was to orchestrate a ballet the emotions I would use to produce a great show for me personally would be a more emotional growth type of vibes. One element I would use to ensure the show is a harmonic type of feel and opera like. The way i would choreograph the dancers is in a evolution type of format having each dancer show a significant part of life for a woman, the good and the bad. Ballet is a form of dancing and music that plays so well together it’s almost like a fairy tale type of story. I don’t know that much about ballet but I watched a movie on ballet and it was pretty interesting seeing the whole life of a ballet dancer. I probably would never learn how to be a ballet dancer myself just for the fun of it but I’m definitely inspired by the whole vibes of the ballet dancing lifestyle itself.
  • 5. CONNIE POST The current practices for wasteland and habitat reclamation is a process that is necessary to make sure the land is safe and useable. Afforestation, reforestation, mulching are some of the different processess to lane restoration. I took the proficiency test my averages were between thirty percent and forty six percent. The knowledge i thought I had in these areas are non existence. I remember learning about some of these things in middle school but I did not know the information in depth. The older I get and the more I start to pay attention to the earth and the resources that are not available like they use to be available. I know changes has to be made and being informed on how things worked and what it takes helps with us being conscious of what we do and to correct how we contribute in a negative way. The earth is being destroyed by us everyday and we are to selfish to see the damage that we are doing because we are only concerned with what we need and how fast we can get it. DENISE POST Some of the current practices for wasteland and habitat reclamation are afforestation, which means growing forests over wasteland; reforestation, which means regrowing forests over the lands where they once existed and were destroyed for various reasons; and providing surface cover, which means protecting the land from soil erosion by leaving residue on the land. These practices are related to new technology because we have technological equipment that makes it easier to excavate and regrow plant life. Ecological and political groups stand behind these practices so the economy and grow and we can
