10. Team-based Leadership Team Members Objective: Making Atlas a team-based organization by influencing associates through example and by communicating the same message. Status: Completed Book “How to Lead Work Teams”. Decided that each member would champion at least one team of associates to go through same process. Individual Teams have been formed w/champions to begin process of book review. Champion Successes: Realization that our style of leadership determines pace of cultural change. Second tier leadership will now be the teachers.
