The REALITY is that the construction industry has been declining in productivity. This is creating waste which should be of concern as it is a $500B problem that can be traced back to two root causes inefficiency and bad behaviour. less cost, less time and to be fully commissioned at substantial completion.

commercial real estate. We are on target to deliver the Mosaic Centre to the highest level of
sustainability as defined by Living Building Challenge for approximately the same cost as a
traditional build.

the planet and from the financial benefits of having higher occupancy and no energy bills.
