1. MAINTENANCE/
DRIVER
Seeking a person to work as a PT Maintenance/PT Driver
(Full-time position) for local unassisted living facility. The
chosen candidate must have experience in Basic Plumbing,
and Basic Electrical. They will also perform duties of taking
care of painting of the facility, carpet cleaning, etc. Company
will train on the sprinkler and Fire system (knowledge of those
areas is a plus), and will also train in other areas as needed.
Other duties include driving residents to appointments in the
handicapped van.
The physical requirements are not limited to: lift up to 50 lbs.,
push, pull, bend, twist, work outside in the heat, etc.
