This full-time position is seeking a maintenance worker and driver for an assisted living facility. The ideal candidate should have experience in basic plumbing and electrical work. Duties include painting, carpet cleaning, and learning the sprinkler and fire systems. The person will also drive a handicap-accessible van to transport residents to appointments. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and performing tasks outside in heat. 1. We are seeking a person to work as a PT Maintenance/PT Driver
(Full-time position) for this unassisted living facility. The chosen
candidate must have experience in Basic Plumbing, and Basic
Electrical. They will also perform duties of taking care of painting
of our facility, carpet cleaning. Company will train on the sprinkler
and Fire system (knowledge of those areas is a plus). Company
will also train in other areas.
Other duties include driving residents to appointments in a
handicapped friendly van.
The physical requirements are not limited to: lift up to 50 lbs.,
push, pull, bend, twist, work outside in the heat.
