Job Description

1. MAILROOM
ASSISTANT
Processes publications, products and prepares them for distribution meeting
all req'd deadlines and quality standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (not inclusive):
Feeds SLS hoppers with inserts and ensures product is processing correctly.
Feeds stitcher-trimmer hoppers with product and assists with stitching
trimming process.
Jogs and stacks publications onto carts or pallets.
Counts, straps and palletizes bundles of product for distribution.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Eye/hand coordination, finder and hand mobility, and ability to stand for long
periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close
vision, depth perception, ability to lift 50 lbs. stoop, bend, twist, reach and
carry out repetitive movements.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Able to work weekends, evenings, and long shifts; flexible in scheduled
hours.
The noise level in the work environment is very high
Must abe at least 18
Strong mechanical aptitude, interpersonal and analytical skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision; under daily deadline pressure.
