Post World War II the Silver era of comic literature emerged ramifying its subjects which incorporated other aspects of life and society like business, science fiction, romance and others. The former action heroes stayed but with certain fine tunings and reworked story backdrops. The Modern Age of comics is ushering more psychologically complex and technologically equipped superheroes recreating the classical knights in modern humor. The industry has also expanded from just being restricted to comic books and are now minting money through its application in media and toy industries as well.
