South Americas,and the Caribbean. We are able to Introduce the British ITV Program resource as a contingency

Financial Forecasts:
The Forecasts for the First Year is approx $16.000.000
The Start-Up Operations Cost for the Franchise,is initially only the Bands Booking deposits,which is refundable 5

The level of Involvement.
The due Diligence is Monitored by Skype Conference Meetings per Annum,in which we require at the minimum at
least 4 Skype conference attendances per Year,in order to measure the success of the Enterprise,in regards to
Our proposed equity involvement. Furthermore We have Monitored the success of a Series of Mega-Stars who
