12. Short Guide to Metro Bus Pass
Need Transportation? Consider a bus pass...
STEP 1 - IS IT WORTH IT? $$$
• Cost of Zone 2 bus pass is $106 a month, Class meets only 8 to 12 times a month. Bus passes offer
unlimited number of rides on the Metro for the entire month. A little math can tell you if a bus pass is right
for you!
STEP 2 – Meet with Financial Aid
• Bus Pass must be listed on your award letter for you to charge a pass.
STEP 3 Photo ID Required.
• Your presence is required! Bring your photo ID to the supply store to purchase the bus pass. Only you
can sign for charges on your student account.
STEP 4 - NEXT MONTH
• Passes are only good for 30 days. You may pick up the next month's pass early, we receive these during
the last week of class.
• Don't forget to check the expiration date! You bus pass is good through the midnight of the expiration
date printed on your card.
