How to obtain your Student ID and Parking Pass

-Student ID’s can be obtained at
Student Records, main lobby of
Building 2
-You will need to know your Student
ID# and bring your class schedule.
NEW RIVER
-Student ID’s can be obtained in the
Learning Resource Center, located
across from enrollment services
center in the New River building.
**CURRENTLY THE ID MACHINE AT
NEW RIVER IS UNDER REPAIR, YOU
MUST GO TO BEAUFORT FOR YOUR
ID**
-You will need to know your Student

HAMPTON
-Student ID’s may be obtained in the
Student Records Office in Beaufort

3. PARKING PASS-CAMPUS LOCATION
BEAUFORT
-You can obtain your Parking Decal
in Student Records, in the main lobby
of Building 2.
-You will need your Vehicle
Registration.
NEW RIVER
-You can obtain your Parking Decal
at the Security Desk, located in the
Enrollment Services Office on the
New River Campus.
-You will need your Vehicle
Registration
HAMPTON
-You can obtain your Parking Decal
at the front desk of the Hampton
Campus.
-You will need your Vehicle

4. Why do you need an ID?
 Your ID card will have your Student ID number on it. You will use this card and
number when meeting with Financial Aid, Student Records, Admissions, or the
Business Office.
 You will need your Student ID card in order to purchase your books at the TCL
Bookstore. You will need your Student ID Number to purchase your textbooks
online.
