2. Objective
In teams of 3 – 5 attempt to improve performance for one of the clients listed above, with
measure to be in:
Percentage increase in active salary packages OR
Percentage decrease in ceases of salary packages*
Percentage increase in Smartleasing vehicles established
Selection criteria; good relationships, few or no restrictions, penetration #’s and competitive threat

4. Team details
Put your team together, making sure you all get sign off from your line manager
List your top 3 preferences from the client list, which will be drawn randomly

DR to EMT and EMT members will all be available to assist the teams at various points stages
based on team needs/ guidance required

Spot prize of $1000 to group with best pitch to EMT
All participants receive a day in lieu (Annual Leave) for participating in event
