Demand Forecasting

Delivers accurate forecasts based on true demand.
               Automatically forecasts future demand using
historical sales in addition to future events like
               seasonality, promotions, short-term weather
changes and any other significant factors.
Manages product life cycles so inventory doesn’t
               become obsolete before it’s sold.
Gives customers the ability to capitalize on selling
               opportunities by proactively stocking fast-moving
items and reactively replenishing slower items.

Demand Planning

Creates a solid, accurate demand plan.
This demand plan provides the foundation needed to
drive a company’s entire operations, from production
               to execution.
Plans can be managed by store, SKU, region,
product group, brands, scenario and more.
Customers can dig even deeper and overlap views.
               Full feature collaborative planning capability.
The demand plan is integrated back into other
JustEnough modules to automate the plan’s
               execution.

Inventory Planning

         Optimizes inventory for increased inventory turns;
eliminating excess stock; improving service levels.
For better stock management, JustEnough lets
customers set up inventory policies at a combined
item and location level, meaning customers manage
inventory down to individual stores, warehouses or a
               combination of both.
Since suppliers don’t always deliver products on the
agreed-upon dates, JustEnough tells customers how
much safety stock to keep to compensate for
               unreliable lead times.

Merchandise & Assortment
       Planning

Blends what looks good with what’s going to sell.
JustEnough blends the art — knowing current trends
and colors and being able to create a display that
demands attention — with the science — looking at
the assortment as a mix of numbers, algorithms and
               statistics that guide decisions.
               Analyzes best-sellers, profits, revenue-per-store and
               growth patterns.
With this analysis, JustEnough recommends product
ranges to build profitable assortments that minimize
               markdowns and increase revenues.

Distribution Planning

Uses pull strategy based on forecasts and sell-
         through.
To maximize overall sales, JustEnough determines
the right amount of stock to ship to each location.
Instead of placing another order with a supplier,
JustEnough shows customers which locations have
excess inventory so that stock can be taken from
those locations and redistributed to other locations
               that need it.

© 1994-2009 JustEnough
Promotion Planning

Reduces stock outs and increases margins during
         promotional periods.
Customers can analyze and track a promotion’s
performance and even test multiple promotions,
single promotions and more to see how different
               scenarios will affect sales.
JustEnough delivers one company-wide view of
demand so all parts of a customer’s organization are
               armed with consistent, accurate information.

Allocation

Takes the guesswork out of “Push or Pull?”
JustEnough eliminates the question of which method
to use by allocating products to stores where the
products have the best chance of selling.
               After forecasting customer demand, JustEnough
takes into account the current stock at each location
               and what has been sold.
Customers can then calculate both the optimal
inventory to send to each location and how much to
               reorder across the supply chain.

Replenishment

Reduces both stock-outs and excess inventory.
               JustEnough automatically determines the optimal
demand-based replenishment, minimizing the risk of
human error and improving order accuracy.
               Using sophisticated threading technology, forecasts
are made quickly so that replenishment orders are
               produced within a short cycle.
Customers can easily alter orders based on real-
world constraints such as supplier minimums and
               container fill rates.

© 1994-2009 JustEnough
Buying

Provides accurate picture of how much to buy at
         any given time.
Manages all a company’s central buying needs by
               automating and facilitating complex economical
ordering decisions; lead time issues; and multiple
constraints like cubes, weight, order multiples and
               more.
Customers can easily see where price breaks are for
all suppliers and which buying scenarios will benefit
               them the most.

Mobile Sales Force Marketing

      Increases mobile sales force productivity.
Helps a customer’s field force plan and
           perform sales journeys efficiently;
perform perfect calls to achieve perfect
           outlets; and optimize sales results.
While the sales force is on their mobile
journey, all the information they need
           including sales aids, account information
and trade marketing decision support is
delivered via their mobile device in the
context of their sales situation in the
           field.

Mobile Trade Marketing

Closes the gap between the office and
         the field.
Customers close the gap between trade
marketing plans in the office and successful
trade marketing execution in the field.
               By integrating Mobile Sales Force
               Automation with Mobile Trade Marketing,
sales operations align with trade marketing
plans with the added benefit of being able to
               track and measure performance.
Key information that customers need to plan
trade marketing is provided to directly from
the field - in real time.

Master Production Scheduling

         Transforms a business plan into a demand-driven
         manufacturing schedule.
Shows what products need to be made and when,
how much material it will take and how much cash
               is needed.
JustEnough also constrains sales and inventory
plans based on what can actually be produced at a
plant and determines how much stock a customer
needs to carry to meet their demand.

  • 7. Demand Forecasting Delivers accurate forecasts based on true demand. Automatically forecasts future demand using historical sales in addition to future events like seasonality, promotions, short-term weather changes and any other significant factors. Manages product life cycles so inventory doesn’t become obsolete before it’s sold. Gives customers the ability to capitalize on selling opportunities by proactively stocking fast-moving items and reactively replenishing slower items. © 1994-2009 JustEnough
  • 8. Demand Planning Creates a solid, accurate demand plan. This demand plan provides the foundation needed to drive a company’s entire operations, from production to execution. Plans can be managed by store, SKU, region, product group, brands, scenario and more. Customers can dig even deeper and overlap views. Full feature collaborative planning capability. The demand plan is integrated back into other JustEnough modules to automate the plan’s execution. © 1994-2009 JustEnough
  • 9. Inventory Planning Optimizes inventory for increased inventory turns; eliminating excess stock; improving service levels. For better stock management, JustEnough lets customers set up inventory policies at a combined item and location level, meaning customers manage inventory down to individual stores, warehouses or a combination of both. Since suppliers don’t always deliver products on the agreed-upon dates, JustEnough tells customers how much safety stock to keep to compensate for unreliable lead times. © 1994-2009 JustEnough
  • 10. Merchandise & Assortment Planning Blends what looks good with what’s going to sell. JustEnough blends the art — knowing current trends and colors and being able to create a display that demands attention — with the science — looking at the assortment as a mix of numbers, algorithms and statistics that guide decisions. Analyzes best-sellers, profits, revenue-per-store and growth patterns. With this analysis, JustEnough recommends product ranges to build profitable assortments that minimize markdowns and increase revenues. © 1994-2009 JustEnough
  • 11. Distribution Planning Uses pull strategy based on forecasts and sell- through. To maximize overall sales, JustEnough determines the right amount of stock to ship to each location. Instead of placing another order with a supplier, JustEnough shows customers which locations have excess inventory so that stock can be taken from those locations and redistributed to other locations that need it. © 1994-2009 JustEnough
  • 12. Promotion Planning Reduces stock outs and increases margins during promotional periods. Customers can analyze and track a promotion’s performance and even test multiple promotions, single promotions and more to see how different scenarios will affect sales. JustEnough delivers one company-wide view of demand so all parts of a customer’s organization are armed with consistent, accurate information. © 1994-2009 JustEnough
  • 13. Allocation Takes the guesswork out of “Push or Pull?” JustEnough eliminates the question of which method to use by allocating products to stores where the products have the best chance of selling. After forecasting customer demand, JustEnough takes into account the current stock at each location and what has been sold. Customers can then calculate both the optimal inventory to send to each location and how much to reorder across the supply chain. © 1994-2009 JustEnough
  • 14. Replenishment Reduces both stock-outs and excess inventory. JustEnough automatically determines the optimal demand-based replenishment, minimizing the risk of human error and improving order accuracy. Using sophisticated threading technology, forecasts are made quickly so that replenishment orders are produced within a short cycle. Customers can easily alter orders based on real- world constraints such as supplier minimums and container fill rates. © 1994-2009 JustEnough
  • 15. Buying Provides accurate picture of how much to buy at any given time. Manages all a company’s central buying needs by automating and facilitating complex economical ordering decisions; lead time issues; and multiple constraints like cubes, weight, order multiples and more. Customers can easily see where price breaks are for all suppliers and which buying scenarios will benefit them the most. © 1994-2009 JustEnough
