3. • Upon hearing the emergency alarm, all
contractors must follow the fire warden or the
staff to assembly area
• Do not return to the work site unless
authorised to do so by site management

escorted or inducted
• Stick to 15 Km/h speed limit
• Be aware of location of working
machinery and trucks

6. INCIDENT REPORTING
• All incidents, near misses, accidents and
hazards must be reported to the relevant
authority/ manager ASAP
• Environmental issues such as spills must also
be reported
• Contractors must not attempt to clean up
spills but must report them as soon as
observed
7. • The minimum PPE requirements (provided by the contractor) for entering the
operational area of the site are listed above.
• Additional PPE may be necessary depending on the task

• The environment within the plant includes
anaerobic ponds, dead and decaying
animal matter, decaying plant matter and
bacteria associated with them. Please
maintain good hygiene practices
• No running on site and be aware of
slip, trip and fall hazards
• Please DO NOT use your cell phones in
and near flammable substances and
sensitive areas
9. • Work on site can only be carried out
by an approved contractor
• Specific Permits must be obtained
for all working at heights,
excavation, restricted areas, Ponds
8 & 9, BIO GAS FLARE, PUMP
STATION RENDERING, crane-lift,
hot works and confined space work
