1. Site Induction Presentation
We consider all people who work, visit to PT. Shapeshell
International Indonesia facilities to members of our community
We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment

In return, we expect all members of our community to:
• Respect the policies, rules and regulations of the PT. Shapeshell
International Indonesia
• Carry out their work or activities in a way that safeguard their own
health and safety the health and safety of anyone else who could be
affected
3. Site Rules
The following site rules are to be adhered to at all times:
• All personnel must receive a site induction prior to commencing
work or visit on site. No induction, no work, no visit.
• Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is to be worn
by all persons on site at all times.
• Drugs and alcohol will not be tolerated on his site. Anyone found
under the influence will be disciplined and removed from site
immediately.
• Keep in the walkway during site plant visit

• Do not interfere with or remove any signage, barricading or dust
screens without expressed permission.
• Do not interfere with any scaffolding or access equipment.
Only suitably qualified persons, with expressed written
permission are permitted to assemble, alter and dissemble
such equipment.
• Ensure that all materials brought onto the site are handled, stored
and disposed of in a safe manner.
5. Site Hazards
Significant hazards on this site currently include:
• Fire Hazards
• Forklift lifts
• Slips and Falls Hazards
• Working at height
• Dust Hazard
6. Site Housekeeping
• Keep floors clear to avoid slip, trip or fall
• Tidy and restrict cables to prevent them from becoming a
hazard
• Clear up spills immediately
• Do not leave work equipment or materials unattended
• Tidy rubbish as you go
• Do not obstruct corridors or doorways
• Make sure that fire exits are kept clear
7. Fire Safety
Most fires can be prevented with simple precautions.
If you discover a fire:
•Activate the alarm by pushing a red call point
•Fire extinguishers are provided in all buildings – you should only tackle a
fire if you are confident in the use of an extinguisher and it is safe to do so
•Exit by the nearest fire escape route and go to the assembly point.
If you hear the alarm
•Stop working and make your area safe
•Do not take possessions with you
•leave the building by nearest available route closing doors and windows
behind you
•Go to the assembly point and await further instructions
•Wait at the assembly point until informed otherwise
Never put yourself or anyone else at undue risk
8. Remember - the wearing of suitable PPE is
compulsory at all times
