Rocnarf is an Ecuadorian pharmaceutical company that was founded in 1946. It initially imported and distributed medicines before beginning domestic production of syrups and other drugs. Today Rocnarf produces over 140 quality medicines across several therapeutic areas for children and adults. Its mission is to contribute to Ecuadorian health through producing and commercializing the best pharmaceutical products. The company's vision is to become a leading pharmaceutical company in Ecuador through research, development, production, import and export activities.

8. Rocnarf’s Warehouse is in charge to realize two principal
activities on the Company.
 Manage the warehouse
 Distribution
They follow the subsequent process:
 Storage of each of the products approved by quality control,
on each shelf
 Assortment of orders
 Distribution

10. The warehouse management has a reception area, that area is responsible for
reviewing the aspects of each product.
 To do this, a guide must be followed with the aspects regulated and
required by ARCSA (National Agency for Regulation, Control and Sanitary
Surveillance).
 Also, There are two ways to control de expiration of the products , through
the system and through people who are assigned to the hangers and
perform the control manually.

11.  The picking area:
Where the assortment of orders is made. In this area we find open
cartons needed to place the product inside them, so they can be
taken to the customer, fulfilling their requirements. This area
maintains a very clear system of order.
 The warehouse:
This area is where the cartons are closed and palletized, the
warehouse mostly has a chaotic organization, where products are
placed anywhere depending on availability of space.
