"Chocolate Empire" is a new company founded by a group of
students from UCSG
Star product "ChocoDarky" which is a dark chocolate butter
that contains multiple benefits for the health.
Dark chocolate cocoa contains: fiber, iron, magnesium,
copper, manganese, potassium, phosphorus,
zinc and selenium.

To be an innovative company specialized in the
production, sale and distribution of dark chocolate
butter, with the aim of satisfying the palate of our
Ecuadorian market, through innovative products
characterized by being low in fat and sugar, high
quality seeking to preserve the health of the
people.

Produce and commercialize dark chocolate butter with
the best quality using ingredients low in fat and sugars,

product with quality, elaborated with 100% of Ecuadorian
cacao.

processing and sale our product.
-Disseminating information about the benefits of dark
chocolate, its components and nutritional properties.

16. SANITARY CERTIFICATION
The Warehouse is located in Los Ríos y Letamendi.
According to the National Institute of Hygiene, which grants the document, is a control that
guarantees that a product is approved for public consumption.
Who grants the sanitary registry is the newly created National Agency of Regulation, Control
Sanitary Surveillance (ARCSA).
17. Steps to obtain
the certificate
The user must first obtain the access code and enter the requested information according to the
prepared request form.
Then all documents attached to the application form must be scanned and entered into the ARCSA
system.
In addition to entering the information of the established application forms and attachments in the
computer system of the ARCSA.
Once the user enters the application form and the attached documents established, the system will
notify and authorize the payment for services corresponding to the revision of said documentation.
The ARCSA will verify that the documentation is complete and the information entered in the application
is correct.
The ARCSA will verify that the payment was made.
The ARCSA will start with full testing and detailed analysis of all machinery, locations, suppliers,
processes and product packaging in an objective manner.
The ARCSA will proceed to analyze the technical and legal documentation presented.
In the event that none of the reports contain any objections, the Certificate of Sanitary Registration shall
be issued within five days.
