I manage all aspects of the dealerships front of the house
I started working when I was young, learning responsibility far before many of my peers
I worked on a farm, doing farmers markets in various cities, learning how to talk to consumers and how to sell
I am a power sports marketer whose mantra is: create and do what you love
Skills: Manage fluctuating unit inventory across multiple product line through various seasons, train sales force, Stay up to date with new product releases,
Drive: responsibility, watching my business grow through my help, working in an industry I’m enthusiastic about
Challenges: Started as a parts clerk and was put in a middle management position for the service department within a few months of starting.
I am available to my team 24/7, and have my emails forwarded to my cell phone when I am not in the office, so I am able to stay current with everything that happens in my department.
I worked my way up from parts clerk to sales manager in a seven years. I am the youngest sales manager in a power sports business within my state.
I am willing to go above and beyond to see my department and company succeed.
When assigned a new project, I take to it with confidence, I make sure that everything I do is done to the best of my ability.
I welcome every challenge I am presented with and find a way to get the job done, even if I may start out not knowing how to do so
