Objective:
Seeking an opportunity as airport ground staff/ticketing staff/airport
operations/admin/secretary in a reputed organization which provides professional
growth and utilizes my analytical and team skills in order to develop and achieve
organizational goals. Also provides me a platform where I can constantly upgrade
my knowledge, skills and make a difference in whatever I do.
Work Experience:
 Worked and practiced for a year and half as a Ticket-booking Assistant at
Pacific Travels Agency in Hyderabad
Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesI am looking forward to:
 Dealing with passenger enquiries about the departures and arrivals
efficiently.
 Checking passengers and allotting the respective seating area & providing
boarding passes and luggage labels briefing passengers about luggage
restrictions weighing baggage etc.
 Collecting any excess weight charges, taking care of people with special
needs, and unaccompanied children.
 Calming and reassuring nervous passengers on board.
 Excellent customer service skills strong written and spoken communication
skills a polite and professional approach the ability to solve problems the
ability to deal tactfully with upset or angry passengers/customers.
 Greet them with a welcoming smile when they arrive or depart from one
destination to another.
 Help them with their seating area and stowing the hand-carry baggage and
pay special attention to the passengers with special needs UM, Mothers with
infants, Elderly passengers, Passengers with special cases such as Physically-
Challenged VIP’S, CIP’S, Skyward members, etc.…
 Display a well-rehearsed and decent conduct and behaviour whilst in uniform
and when not in uniform either at base or outstations.
