Seeking an opportunity as airport ground staff/ticketing staff/airport

Dealing with passenger enquiries about the departures and arrivals

Checking passengers and allotting the respective seating area & providing
boarding passes and luggage labels briefing passengers about luggage
restrictions weighing baggage etc.

needs, and unaccompanied children.
Calming and reassuring nervous passengers on board.

skills a polite and professional approach the ability to solve problems the
ability to deal tactfully with upset or angry passengers/customers.
Greet them with a welcoming smile when they arrive or depart from one
destination to another.
Help them with their seating area and stowing the hand-carry baggage and
pay special attention to the passengers with special needs UM, Mothers with
infants, Elderly passengers, Passengers with special cases such as Physically-
Challenged VIP’S, CIP’S, Skyward members, etc.…
