There are many strategies that parents and children can use to try to prevent sports related injuries
among youth athletes. They can condition, the athlete does not specialize in one sport at the same
position, and they can understand the fundamentals of the game. Those are a few ways how injuries
can be prevented. Here is more insight on how those strategies can prevent injuries. First, the young
