This document discusses using podcasts and listserves for online learning. It notes that podcasts are more familiar than some methods and easy to create like videos on YouTube. Listserves are also an easy solution that are already in use by teachers who seem engaged with staying informed through them. Evidence of best practices can be found readily in podcasts and listserves which could especially benefit new teachers by overcoming distance for learning opportunities.
