Increase Profits With Packaging
1. As a customer, part of choosing the things that I want, is how that
thing impresses me the first time I look at it. For example, when
buying food, if it has a lot a competitors, first I look for the price
then the packaging. Price is the major factor, but I try to look at the
packaging if it is worth my money. There were times that I would
choose the one over the others because I am pleased by its
packaging.
So packaging plays an important factor when you want to increase
your profits. People expect how much they could get based on the
packaging of your product. If you have exceeded their expectations,
then most likely they will keep coming back and get your product.
For example, you paid for a $2.00 meal, and you expect it to be
minimal and something you’d normally get for $2.00 anywhere else.
But if you have added some extra sides and fixins, your customers
would be delighted upon seeing they get more. But if you offer them
a big box with a small amount of food, for sure they will be
disappointed.
You can increase profits with packaging. Proper design of
packaging can lure customers to pick your product over your
competitors. Every piece you offer to your customers must be
valuable to them, so don't give something with empty space.
