Go over the different administrative tasks associated with the project and how they affected where we are now. On the handout provided you’ll see a timeline of how the project has progressed over the past few years. I want to quickly review what has happened over this past year. This chart shows the projects key administrative tasks. The dark bar shows the projected time frame and the light grey bar shows the actual time frame that it took to accomplish the task. Now we’ve had a few hiccups here and there but overall things are on track. We have now entered into a phase where the majority of the key tasks have been taken care of and we are focusing on the actual setting up of sites into the project where things should move more seamlessly. Point out the differences between the tasks completed as planned and those not.Point out the last 6 key tasks and how they were put into motion when we saw that the MOU was taking a little longer than expected.
We developed project manual so that the project could be somewhat self-contained and autonomous, not reliant upon one person or entity.Highlight key points
