for understanding (TGFU) has helped
students from all ages strengthen their
skills. TGFU has helped with the decision
making, interacting, communication,
teamwork and problem solving, which is
in stark contrast to the traditional
methods of teaching physical education
which was focussed on teaching motor
skill development and game fitness.
