Human Resources coordinator

• Role & Responsibilities:
• Managing and controlling all the HR Functions of Employees.
• Responsible for structuring HR and Personnel department.
• Handling all vacations and sick leaves procedures in accordance to Labor Law.

• Booking airline tickets, hotels, and exchange currency for employees traveling abroad.
• Implementing the training and development policy for the engineers and
admin staff according to the new grading system with (Towers Watson).
• Responsible for the recruitment process and Making HR interviews for
junior and senior candidates and Prepares job offers.
• Responsible for the medical insurance of the employees and their families.
