RICE WITH CHICKEN
____Boil the water with the chicken and garlic.
____Chop into small pieces the carrot and string beans.
____In the broth, add the rice with the vegetables.
____Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, 4 glasses water, 2 glasses rice, 100 gr. String beans, 100 gr
peas, 1 carrot, 50 ml oil, 1 clove garlic, salt and pepper.
____Let cook over medium low heat for twenty minutes.
____Mix well.
____Peel the carrot.
____Serve with ketchup and enjoy!
____Wash the vegetables: string beans, peas, carrot.
____When the chicken is tender, take it out from the water and shred it with your hands.
____When the rice is dry, stir again carefully.

SANCOCHO VALLUNO
____When the vegetables are tender, add the scallion and tomatoes.
____When the chicken is tender, take it out from the water and add the plantain, potatoes and
manioc.
____Wash the scallion, tomatoes and coriander.
____Serve with coriander on the top and enjoy!
____Peel the plantains, manioc and potatoes.
____Let cook over medium low heat for an hour.
____Ingredients: 8 pieces of chicken, 8 glasses water, 2 plantains (green bananas), 500 gr manioc,
8 potatoes, 100 gr scallion, 100 gr tomatoes, 50 ml oil, 1 clove garlic, salt and pepper, a bunch of
coriander.
____Cut the potatoes and manioc in halves.
____Chop the scallion and tomatoes.
____Break the plantain with your hands.
____Boil the water with the chicken and garlic.
