(Become aware of your hunger- habit, guide your mind to fill two parts with food, one part for water and one part is left for breath.)  Quality -Eat natural first at least one meal. Acidic food sources are in salty, sour and bitter. Alkaline sources are in sweet, pungent and astringent.
