The Natural Park of Ruidera Lagoons is located in Castilla-La Mancha, Spain along the Guadiana River and consists of fifteen turquoise lagoons formed over thousands of years by rainfall which have created impressive waterfalls between the lagoons. Visitors can enjoy hiking, scuba diving, kayaking, paddle surfing, sailing, fishing and the diverse landscape which is home to many animal species and also contains the Montesinos cave.

2. Where is it?
The Natural Park of Ruidera Lagoons is located in Castilla-La Mancha, along
the river Guadiana.

3. What can we see?
The park consists of fifteen lagoons. Its water is transparent and turquoise.
This water, through thousands of years of rainfall, has formed impressive
barriers that give rise to spectacular waterfalls between a lagoon and
another one.
The vegetal landscape is very diverse. Many animal species live in the park.
We can see the Montesinos cave, too.

4. What can we do?
Visitors can do various activities such as hiking, scuba diving, kayak, paddle
surfing, sailing, sport fishing… or just enjoy the spectacular landscape.
