A newly married couple move into a cottage in Wales having decided to live isolated from everyone else to
give their unborn child a safer and happier upbringing.
In their new home, the wife finds an old doll in the attic and decides to keep it ready for their new child but
all is not as it seems.
As the soon to be father works away a lot, the wife is often home alone and he disregards his wife’s tales
about any of the mysterious events taking place in the cottage.
The wife attempts to dispose of the doll and as it is possessed it keeps returning, the wife experiences
chronic pains on her arm.
The father is aware when he sees the doll in a bath of blood and he knows that the mother is frightened and
her stories have been true. They ask the local church to monitor the house and perform an exorcism. But
when the vicar is there he can’t detect any spirits.
Once the pair discover the name of the deceased woman, the spirit is able to move on.
