Lazaro is the oldest of 5 siblings, grew up in a small town in the state of Veracruz Mexico,
currently is a Marine Engineer with over 16 years of experience in the Maritime and Offshore
Industry in the Gulf of Mexico, its most important skills are the responsibility, problem solving,
communication, leadership, Lazaro is committed to their work and always strives to bring up each
of the projects entrusted in which always uses the philosophy of continuous improvement.

Work History:
After Graduating in 2000, he started sailing as an engineer officer for North America, Central and
South America on merchant ships, later He joined to the offshore area, sailing as chief engineer
and engineer officer of OSV, Crew Boat, ROV.
He was elected to be Port Engineer, responsible for maintenance of vessels, repairs in dry dock
and monitor the application of Safety Management System onboard.
With 7 years of experience, works as class surveyor for ABS, He was responsible for conducting
annual, intermediate and special class inspection for hull and machinery of the vessel, as well as
inspection and installation of offshore cranes, repair of hull and machinery, underwater
inspection, welding inspection and NDT.
Among the positions he has covered, is the Maintenance Superintendent, in charge of the
maintenance and operation of various types of vessels, as Pipe Laying barges, AHT boats, DP
OSV, PSV, Crane Vessel, supervising port engineers, mechanics, electricians, as Deputy
Manager of Operations and Administration, He was responsible for operations of vessels
assigned to Mexico, having relationship with Halliburton, Schlumberger, Pemex, among others.
Supervising office clerk, warehouse, crew coordinators, contract superintendent and port
engineers.
Lazaro joined Inchcape Shipping Services in May 2014, with the aim of providing offshore
services to potential clients in Mexico and expand operations for ISS Mexico Country Wide.
