1. COMMUNICATION AND LANGUAGE ARE RIGHT HAND AND
THE VOICE OF THE WORLD

At some point back in recent history, someone said that the world should be
defined henceforth as "a global village" and was quite right. The world, our
world, is no longer the same twenty-five, fifty or one hundred years ago, much
has changed: what is thought and what is expressed. One of the factors that
would have contributed to the development of the citizens of this global village
is communication and with it, the means of expression, being the most important
language of the media. The language is responsible for many of the positive
changes that have taken our global society. This essay aims to give explanatory
view of how a social group can move forward or stop in the search for progress
through the power of communication and language.
The events that take place in every corner of world, bring lessons for a society
that is far away you are and that is why these phenomena need to be told to
learn from them, to reflect and question them. The societies make decisions and
take positions on what happens in other parts of the planet. What happen in
Africa can affect Oceania, in relation to economic, political, cultural,
geographically. Is impressive how a volcanic in Britain can paralyze air traffic
half hemisphere or the New York Stock Exchange may determine the standard of
living on a Caribbean island or as the international price of oil may increase the
cost of the passage of the collective using a child to get to school. This world is

know you should also go for the world in search of their dreams and hopes. To

societies that strove for the goal of forming global citizens.
Facts have shown that it is impossible to maintain a balance between self and
others and to master the languages of the world, far from being a threat, an
opportunity for development, peace, democracy, participation and life. Each
people free to object their own conclusions but what can not is to prevent other
attempt to be closer to world harmony, can not prevent efforts to build societies
communicated, can not impede efforts by a diverse and different world who
speak many languages but remains a single.
