1. Our film opening idea outline
-High angle establishing shot of friends standing in a circle in the woods.
-Camera circles group whilst they are engaged in conversation, although we
cannot hear what they are saying as non- diagetic music will be playing over the
top. There is a doll in the middle of the circle.
-Nyran walks into his house then into his bedroom and hides doll in his closet.
-Close- up shot of doll’s face, tracks inwards to show something is going to
happen with the doll.
-Nyran leaves room and switches light off
-The lights flicker on
-Camera lens opens (camera shutter)- symbolises doll’s eyes opening.

2. -Shot of doll coming to life.
-Long shot Nyran and the doll is in the distance
-Jump cut of doll stood behind Nyran
-Nyran’s POV shot- no doll behind him
- Nyran starts to play music on his phone- suddenly the music stops and phone
cuts dead.
-Plugs charger into wall and charges phone
-Nyran turns the other way then as he turns to face his phone again he noticed
the wire has been cut.
-Nyran hears a noise upstairs
-End of film opening
