28th
Monday
This is not only the first day of the
journey but also the first flight of
my life. From Halle we first
went to Wittenberg and then to
Berlin by train
Then we changed to the plane
and flew directly to Krakow.
After we had arrived in Krakow
we took the bus to the hotel.
After the check-in we just
exchanged some money and
looked for something to eat.
4. April
29th
Tuesday
The next
short visit
day started with a International
at „Malopolska
for RegionalAgency
Development.
In the afternoon we went to the
Polish vocational school for
mechanics.
The Polish school system is a
little different from the German
one.

30th
Wednesday
On Wednesday we were
driven to the Tyskie
brewery. Excisting for more
than 400 years this
brewery is one of the
oldest but also most
modern breweries in
Europe. It produces more
than 260000 bottles which
are up to 60000 bottles in
only one hour.
7. May
1st
Thursday
This day we went to the
salt mine Wieliczka, one of
the oldest and most famous
salt mines in the world.
10. May
3rd
Saturday
On the fifth day of our journey we
visited the Auschwitz Concentration
Camp. It was built during World War II
and consists of Auschwitz I,
Auschwitz

II-Birkenau
III-Monowitz.

from Krakow to Warsaw. The

the city.

5th
Monday
Our first

In the afternoon we had a little
workshop about business English.
14. May
7th
Wednesday
We continued our workshop on
Wednesday morning. Finished
that, our next destination was
the AHK Warsaw.
The day was concluded with a
visit at the German Embassy.
The AHK supports upcoming
companies with services like
business partner mediation,
contact research, market
research or information around
the law.
The German embassy represents
Germany abroad. Its tasks
consist for example of obtaining
and reporting information,
supporting companies in
promoting international trading or
informing the public abroad about
the German foreign policy
15. May
8th
Thursday
On Monday we got the task to plan a
seightseeing tour through
Warsaw. This day, on Thursday, it
was time to start the trip.
In the afternoon we wrote a little
test to check what we have learned
during our
especially
understood
visit in

17. May
9th
Friday
Our last day in Warsaw started at 4
a.m. just to catch the train to
Berlin. At 2 p.m. we finally arrived
in Halle.
