  2. 2. Wrocław is the capital our region Lower Silesia. In 2016 Wrocław is the European capital of culture.
  3. 3. Each year in Wrocław takes place a New Year’s Eve concert on the market square.
  4. 4. o Counts 634 404 people o Its surface is 292, 82 km2 o It was created in 1000 o In 1335, Wrocław, and almost all of Silesia, was incorporated into the Kingdom of Bohemia, then a part of the Holy Roman Empire. It’s a very nice town and it is worth visiting it.
