A new user exit is being implemented in the purchase order process for purchase group 100 that will prevent purchase order line items from being deleted if a goods receipt has already been done for that quantity, as required by the business. The enhancement will check the purchase group in EKKO and goods receipt and deletion indicator fields in EKPO to determine if a line can be deleted during a change to the purchase order.

1. New user exit in the Purchase order only for purchase group 100
AS IS : No user exit available for the Purchase order
TO BE Process – New user exit for the Purchase order line items not to be set deletion indicator for the
respective goods receipt(GR) done quantity. As per business requirement it will be applicable only for 100
Purchase group.
In case of the transactionsME22N – Change purchase order.
If in EKKO table EKGRP = 100 only
If in EKPO table if (Goods Receipt) WEPOS = X & (Deletion indicator) LOEKZ# L
