2. Diving
This is a leisure occupation, which provides occupational
satisfaction and reflects my occupational identity. This is a
picture of me on my second dive as a qualified open water
diver.
4. Cooking
Here is a picture of some pasta that I made. Cooking is
something that I do for fun, as well as an essential self care
task. I enjoy cooking and learning new recipes. Cooking
makes up part of my occupational identity and satisfaction.
5. Walking/tramping

crossing. I see this
occupation as
being a part of my
future occupational
identity.
6. Socialising with Friends

people who over the past 12 years have helped to

interests, such as sports.
7. Riding
This is an occupation
that in the past been
very significant in
shaping my
occupational identity. I
stopped riding when I
was 15.
8. Soccer

10. Looking after my animals
From a young age, I
have always been
surrounded by animals
and have had several
different pets. Caring for
them has became an
important part of both
my past and present
occupational identity.
11. Work
Here is a picture of a
receptionist at work.
This makes up my
occupational
identity, as I do
reception work part
time at a medical
practice.
