Market. The mining department I served is mainly engaged in developing
of iron ore mine with annually production 3 million tons in Indonesia.

Overall engaged in the iron ore mine project developing, including:
1、Bidding and procurement: prequalification for national and
international contractor and supplier, conduct due diligence on
contractor, compose tendering document, bidding, evaluation,
negotiation and acceptance;
2、Contract management: draft contract, contract negotiation and
management, guide to execute the contract.
The contract already done including 6000 cubic meters camp, explosive
warehouse and stone crusher plant, 30 kl tank farm EPC contract,
contract under execution is 1.7km tunnel construction , tailings
treatment material developing contract; mining service for annually
production 3 million tons ore, 12 km pipe conveyor procurement;
Procurement+Construction+Operation for annually 3 million
concentrate ore capacity processing plant and installation for 10 km
pipe conveyor, 16 HFO power plant EPC contract.
3、Design management: coordinate with design institute, contractor,
equipment supplier and owner’s technician, push the progress of
feasibility study, preliminary design and detailed design.
4、Report to management team for marketing situation and project
progress.
