2. "Razika" is not a real Norwegian
word.
I thought it would be interesting to include the

3. Norwegian nouns come in three
genders:
En (Masculine)
Ei (Feminine)
Et (Neuter)

4. As of 2005 M/F nouns in Bokmål are
considered one gender (common)
In the common gender, feminine nouns follow
the grammatical rules of the masculine nouns
(so "ei bok" could be switched to "en bok").
Common is accepted in Bokmål, but strict M/F
is preferred with Nynorsk.
Knowing the difference between the two is still
important in my opinion, so this lesson teaches
nouns as feminine and not common.

5. "I don't care about Nynorsk."
Fine, if you don't want to hassle with feminine
nouns, you can safely replace "ei" with "en" (in
my lessons, anyway) and get away with it.
However, I feel I should point out that there are
very few feminine nouns, so they're pretty easy
to remember.

6. You cannot ever swap "en" and "et."
So don't do it.
