The good news for those with RLS is that they can respond to
simple treatments which can bring them better sleep. Here are
things to try that can help overcome RLS:
Do physical exercises at the right time
What a person does before going to bed can help them sleep
better. They can try doing mild physical exercises in the late
afternoon or early evening—but close to their bedtime. It can keep

hot bath can also calm the body.
Take medications at a certain schedule
Medications take time before they set in, so it is best to know

which medications can cause or worsen RLS.
Get the mind to work
Research suggest that RLS symptoms improve when the patient
concentrates or focuses on doing something. When patients with
RLS can’t sleep, performing activities that get them thinking or
relaxing helps them fall asleep eventually. The stinging sensations
get milder as they do more activities.
