Is HR facilitation needed for you?
As companies grow, there is a need to strengthen the internal structures and
processes; of which the people related systems, structures and processes are the
most critical. This comes with the presence of a clear HR direction within the
organization. The need for HR direction does not necessitate the creation of a HR
Department; but someone exclusively managing these dimensions and experienced
to handle staff management needs.
