Start at the LCI home page. There is a button on the left for the Membership Reports area.
1. Click on the Lion Officers Login link.
This leads you to the first screen for the club membership website.
2. Enter numeric Member Number and tab to enter Password. Password is indicated on the monthly club statement that is sent to the club treasurer. Click “Go” to submit or print reports.
The reports that are available to each level of officers are explained here. This includes club, district, and multiple district officers.
Check the Report Month that you are submitting. The report should be done in the first week of the following month for the previous month. If membership has not changed, click the last choice - “No Activity to report”.
To confirm the report of no membership activity, click OK.
On this screen you can choose to Add a Member by clicking the first link (underlined). To get to this screen after you login, click the Membership tab.
On this screen you can add a Member by entering the name and address. This information must be completed before you click the Submit button. For new members, click No in the first line. When you are done click Submit.
On this screen you add the new member’s name and related information. Starred boxes are required fields. These must be completed before you click the Save Member button. When you are done click Save Member.
Search by last name or member number or use the list of club members to select the information you need to drop or transfer a member.
Here is the screen that comes up when you select reinstate a member. The club members are listed below for easy reference of the member information that you need. This list includes only those members dropped in the last six months.
You can update/change or review members information. Only the president and secretary can change membership information.
When you click Reports, you can review or print reports, rosters, monthly reporting history, and the club officer reporting form (PU 101). Membership data download is also possible for spreadsheets or creating mailing labels.
When you click Reports, you see this screen with a list of reports available. You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to run the print version of the reports. Click Print to print a copy of a Monthly Membership Report.
If you click on the Print button right next to the Monthly Membership Report, you will be able to select a month and year of a report you wish to view or print, when you click OK the report will be generated that looks like the one on the screen.
Also on the Club Administration page, you will see this screen with a list of reports or information available. This includes club and district officer’s detailed information, club branches, family units, reports, and billing. The treasurer can use billing to track invoices for club activities. The secretary can use this to complete the online PU 101 form to submit new club officers.

If you select Training Area when you enter the Membership reports area, you do not need a password to practice learning how to submit membership information.
To enter the Training Area complete the boxes and click “Continue”
Choose the type of training or reports you need to practice.
