Project & Assignment Description
I worked in KPN Project since 22 months. Below mentioned details were my roles and responsibilities in my last and
this project.
Oracle Billing and revenue management :
1) Monitoring all the server health checks like sanity checks & disk space checks in BRM etc.
2) Worked in CDR rating & billing & invoicing for customer service usage in BRM.
3) Worked as a part of deployments like package deployments (manual and Automation) & patch set installations.
4) Involving the server maintenance issues like configuration changes & memory issues and connectivity issues from
server to DB.
5) Data loading & importing into BRM.
6) Worked on product sync process in BRM to Middleware application like Fusion.
6) Worked in .Net application support for .net deployments and performance testing & bench mark testing from BRM
& NET.
7) Worked in generating the files like invoices & Gl report & Mcfocus report etc. using .Net application via BRM.
8) Involved configuration setup in .Net application.
9) Involved in development & operations activities in BRM like creating the customer using opcode & billing &
invoices & services for customer.
