Here the agentsact as the testers.Theytesttheirapplicationsinanenvironment.We needtoprovide
the environmentsupporttothe testers.Environmentsupportlikecreationof new DB2objectsandIMS
DBs, DB2 datasetsfor differentenvironmentsanddatabase activitiesthatincludesImage copies,Run

2. PROJECT ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
 Supporting mainframe test environments for testers (Business partners).
 CreatingnewDB2 objectsandUtilityjobs(Runstats,Copy,Reorg,Repair,Recover,Unload,Load
etc.) for different environment.
 Deals with several DB2 utilities like Unload, Load, Run stats, Recover, Reorg, Check Data, Copy
etc.
 Monitor and fix the problems during the migration for the following jobs like Unload, Load,
Reorgs and Run stats etc.
 On site /offshore coordination – Point of Contact for Offshore Activities.
 Maintaining Knowledge Repository Documents of the applications.
 Preparation, modification and execution of batch Jobs.
 Modification of Test JCL, PROC.
 Handling and fixing of abends within the SLA.
 Developing own tools for process oriented applications.
 Providing Knowledge Transfer to the new team members
 Preparation of Minutes of Meeting with clients and team members.
 Helping the new resources by giving technical and process oriented trainings.
